Meet the Owner

Ranequa Bean is the Owner and Pastry Chef of Memphis’ own 350 Baked. A graduate of the Art Institute in Nashville, TN, she holds an Associate’s in Baking and Pastry in addition to a Bachelor’s in Culinary Management. Her nearly 10 years of experience includes stewarding culinary excellence for high-end restaurants, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and nonprofits.

Her strongest credential is her passion for cooking, which emerged at the tender age of 12 years old. From there, she soon fell in love with baking and the joy it brings to others. Today, she looks forward to sharing her one of a kind specialty cakes, cookies, and brownies with the 901 and the smiles they’ll continue putting on many faces. Without 350 Baked, it’s just cake.
